Shelter Me Photography (SMP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that uses professional photography and education to dismantle societal prejudices against shelter pets. We accomplish this by providing free, onsite professional photography services and low-to-no cost photography workshops to shelter, rescue and foster organizations throughout the U.S. Our images reveal the spirit, beauty and potential of every shelter pet we photograph. The images changes the heart and the heart changes the Mind.
Our Mission
At Shelter Me Photography, our mission is to change the way people perceive shelter pets through the power of professional photography. We believe that every pet has a unique story to tell, and our work focuses on capturing their essence and individuality to encourage adoption and support for shelter organizations.
Photography Workshops
